Register Now for SCMUN 2025

REGISTRATION OPEN!

This year we are excited to bring in an even more diverse body of participants for our largest conference yet! Whether this is your first conference or you're an experienced delegate, SCMUN will be an experience of a lifetime.

For SCMUN 2025, we are using Eventbrite to register for our conference. Select how many spots you are requesting from our committees. Check the committees tab for committee descriptions and topics. Sign up for your preferred committees and we will email your confirmed allocation and your invoice through Quickbook. Payments are only accepted through PayPal and Card (no checks will be accepted).

Note: For DISEC, our Dual-Delegate Committee, please sign up for an even number of tickets. They are listed by delegate, not team.

Eventbrite serves as a ticket reservation page. Once you have registered, our Director of Finance will send you an invoice corresponding to the tickets you reserved. Once you have paid, our Director of Delegate Affairs will reach out to you and provide you with allocations.

Drop Policy

Please work to finalize any delegation changes and notify us by March 7th in order to secure a full refund and ensure the best committee experience for all attendees. You may speak to Delegate Affiairs and CC logistics@scmun.org to be considered for a refund. Delegation fees are nonrefundable.

Changes on or before March 7th: Delegate fees will be refunded in full.

Changes between March 2nd and March 28th (including on March 28th): Delegate fees will be refunded 50% of their paid amount.

Changes after March 28th: Delegate fees will not be refunded.

If you are from a school please have your advisor fill out the Eventbrite, so that the single one-time delegation fee can be charged.
